Outdoor courts are rented daily for $ 20 on Fridays and $ 30 on Saturdays and Sundays. Each lot is 20 feet wide by 25 feet deep. It is essential to pay the fees for your kiosk before you settle. On Saturdays and Sundays, the available kiosks are allocated from 5.30 a.m. during the summer period and from 6.30 a.m. during the winter period. On Friday, the kiosks are distributed from 7 a.m. A maximum of 3 kiosks will be rented per merchant. Note that no refund or credit will be given. It is possible to reserve for the season; check with the administration for details. You can rent tables at a cost of $ 5 each directly at your booth. The tables are 8 feet by 3 feet.
Your vehicle must fit into the space of your kiosk. You can also park it in the parking lot after removing your merchandise. Only one merchant is authorized per kiosk. You must respect the space available between the yellow lines both with your items for sale and with your vehicle. You are responsible for the cleanliness of your kiosk. It should be clean when you leave. You must therefore dispose of your waste yourself and collect your packaging before leaving. Be a good neighbor: if you want to listen to music, it shouldn’t be too loud. Products for sale intended for customers aged 18 and over must absolutely be hidden from public view. It is strictly forbidden to sell animals, food or drinks at the Flea Market. In addition, it is not permitted to sell copies of original products.

We have several sizes of kiosks available. The smallest location measures 10 feet by 20 feet. It is not possible for you to rent only one table. The rented kiosk is empty and unfurnished. It is your responsibility to lay a floor, install shelves or whatever if you feel the need. You may need to speak with a member of the administration for more specific work. Each indoor kiosk is associated with a lease, for a period to be determined between the administration and the tenant. A deposit of $ 500 will be required before taking possession of the kiosk. Also, be aware that the first month's rent must be paid to the administration before you move in. It is not possible to rent an indoor space for a weekend only.
The flea market is open Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., as well as Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hours of operation must be observed. During the holiday season, the special schedule in effect must also be observed.
